Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and establishing a solution within a given technology platform and framework in order to fulfill a client's business requirements.
  • Ensuring that the solution aligns with the strategic vision of the overall IT architecture of the client.
  • Establishing the business context for the solution, defining the vision and requirements, identifying options and recommending the optimal approach, and developing a roadmap for the selected solution.

Qualifications & skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java/JEE environment.
  • 5+ years of technical and solution architecture experience in finance or telecommunications industries.
  • 3+ years of application migration experience from on-premise to cloud.
  • 2+ years of Open Banking project experience using industry standards and best practices in Open API and API Management (Gateway, Portal & Analytics).
  • Knowledge of Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) architecture framework.
  • Certifications in some or all of the following areas:
    • Open API and API Management.
    • Cloud application development, security, networks, development operations and administration.
    • Application Server, Linux.

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with one or more big data technologies.

Developer Analyst II (Client-focus)

We are hiring a talented client-side developer analyst to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong user experience (UX) background.

Responsibilities
  • Develop client-facing application code for web applications, websites and mobile apps.
  • Work closely with clients and end users in the development of business and technical requirements, workflows, content maps, wireframes, etc.
  • Perform functional and usability testing.
  • Create effective documentation.
Required skills
  • Proficient in Angular (required), Angular Material, React, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Experience with AJAX and RESTful APIs.
  • Proven ability to apply up-to-date user experience (UX) design principles to a project.

Development Analyst II

The Development Analyst’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of project requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Development Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

Responsibilities - Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
  • Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users and departments.
  • Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users.

Acquisition & Deployment

  • Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
  • Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.

Operational Management

  • Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, business analysts, business systems analysts to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
  • Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
  • Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of applications as necessary.
  • Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.

Position Requirements - Formal Education & Certification
